| Abstract: | This working paper assembles chapters written by onsite researchers about program implementation in each of seven cities included in the Job-Plus Community Revitalization Initiative for Public Housing Families. This report, which provides a "snapshot" of each site, documents the nature and extent of implementation as of that point in time. Chapter 1 describes the Jobs-Plus model and provides an overview of the report. Each of the remaining seven chapters describes the nature and extent of implementation of the Jobs-Plus program in a particular site. Key sections of each chapter are program highlights; program infrastructure (staffing, facilities); program flow (outreach and enrollment, orientation, assessment, job search and job club, job development, education and training, job retention and advancement); and financial incentives to work, and community support for work.
