Submission Guidelines

Individual documents may be submitted using the online submission process. All material must be submitted in electronic format by the copyright holder. ERIC does not accept paper copies of documents.

NOTE: ERIC will not process any documents that contain personal information relating to research participants, including: names, social security numbers, addresses, etc.

Acceptable file formats:

• Portable Document Format (.pdf)
• Text (.txt)
• MS Word (.doc) - Note: Files saved in .docx format must be converted to .doc.
• Rich Text Format (.rtf)
• PowerPoint (.ppt) - Note: PowerPoint slides can only be submitted as a supporting file. You cannot submit a PowerPoint presentation as your only file.

If you have multiple files or your file is very large:

• You must use WinZip (.zip) or Stuffit (.sfx) to create one file for submission.
