ERIC Adds New PDF Status Form for Users Seeking Access to Restricted Full Text

ERIC users seeking access to older restricted documents (published prior to 2005) will find additional support from a new PDF status form recently added to the ERIC website. The Show PDF Status form, shown below, will help users determine approximately how long it may take their requested PDF to be reviewed and returned online for download. The form, accessible from the Contact Us area of the website, requires only the ERIC Number of the PDF. The status is returned to the user in real time.

Knowing the status of a request will help users decide if they should seek the resource from an alternative source or locate an alternative resource.
